Increasing resilienceResilience training is learning how to empower yourself mentally and physically so that you can act appropriately in case of transgressive behaviour. Martial arts are used as a learning tool.

– How to act on transgressive behavior.
– Working self-confidence and self-esteem.
Experiential learning:We use exercises, games and methods from martial arts to let you experience what works and what doesn’t. So not just talking but foremost lots of doing.
Homework:Depending on the theme, you may be given a homework assignment in preparation for the next lesson.
Themes to be covered:
This depends on the composition of the group.
Each participant receives an intake beforehand, by telephone or online if in person is not possible.
The themes are determined on the basis of this inventory.
Examples of themes:
Setting boundaries, recognizing and acknowledging feelings and emotions, using breath/voice strength, standing firm, experiencing one’s own strength, eye contact, etc…
6 one-hour and half meetings
Group Size:A maximum of 6 participants, so that there is sufficient space for personal attention.
