1. What types of sports do you offer?
We offer ART Boxing, Boxing basics, Core & Strength, Strictly kickboxing and ZUU fitness ( mobility & bodyweight training).
2. Do I need experience to join?
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you step by step.
3. What does a typical training look like?
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, technique drills, conditioning exercises, and optional light sparring and a cool down. Everything is conducted in a safe, supportive environment.
Membership & Pricing
4. How much does a membership cost?
Memberships start at €40 per month, depending on how often you train and whether you’re a student or working . We also offer flexible class cards and trial cards.
5. Can I try a training before signing up?
Yes! Your first trial is free. Simply sign up through our booking system here.
6. Do you offer student or corporate discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for students and employees of partner companies. Contact us to learn more.
Practical information
7. What should I bring to training?
Wear comfortable sportswear, bring a towel, a water bottle, and depending on the training: boxing gloves, shin guards, or a mouthguard.
8. No gear and try out training?
If you booked a trial training and have no gear, you can borrow gloves once.
9. Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes, we have changing rooms and a shower.
10. Where is the gym located?
We’re located in Amsterdam Centrum-West, next to Haarlemmerplein. Not even 5 min walk. Public transport stop Haarlemmerplein so, easily accessible by public transport and bike. Adress is: Haarlemmer Houttuinnen 519, 1013 GM Amsterdam.

No! You can start at any fitness level. Most of our members train to stay fit, release stress, and have fun —not to compete.

Yes, we offer one-on-one coaching for anyone looking for more personalized attention, recovery support, or specific goals.

13. Can I train if I have an injury or want to build back up?
Yes—if you’ve been cleared by your doctor or physiotherapist. Let us know about any injuries so we can adapt your training.
14. Do you host workshops or events?
Definitely! We host self-defense workshops, bootcamps, guest trainer sessions, and social events for our community.
